Cold Weather Coping Strategies

Coping with a TBI can become more challenging as the weather gets colder, since there becomes less to do that doesn't involve screens.

We asked the traumatic brain injury (TBI) community to share their cold weather coping strategies through a fun "this or that" activity. Our hope was that we could all come together to share strategies that work for us and learn about some new ones we haven't tried yet.

Here is a list of the strategies that were added by other community members! We encourage you to try some of these strategies out, and to create your very own go-to list.
